Felipe definitely gets 5 out of 5 stars, Felipe was the perfect partner to help us find our first home. He walked us through each step in the process, negotiated on our behalf with the seller's agent, and was always responsive to any questions we had. Throughout, his thoroughness and check-ins on a regular basis to make sure we had all our questions covered were much appreciated. In the end, we closed on time for the home we wanted and got a better price (below market plus contingencies approved.) We were looking during COVID and Felipe made sure we had all the proper protections in place so we could view in safety. We highly recommend Felipe for buying or selling. If we ever decide to move, we'dd be calling Felipe up for sure!
